Our senior loan consultant at Campbell Wellman Financial, Beny Rabuchin, grew up on the Westside in Pacific Palisades. After graduating with a major in Spanish and minor in Business from San Diego State University, he began his career at Countrywide Home Loans, originating home loans for one of the top 10 loan consultants in the company. Beny ran the Spanish speaking clientele which consisted of more than 70% of the production. In his first year at Countrywide, Beny helped contribute to over $100 million in loan origination.
After a few years at Countrywide, Beny decided to take his knowledge of the real estate finance industry to Campbell Wellman Financial.
